Patient portal messaging is the preferred way to contact our office with questions, concerns, or follow-up regarding your care. Please send healthcare-related requests through the patient portal rather than texting individual staff members. This keeps communication documented in your medical record and ensures another team member can assist if someone is out of the office.

Portal messaging is intended for quick questions and clarifications about an existing treatment plan. New concerns, worsening symptoms, referrals or testing, medication changes, lab review, treatment recommendations, forms or letters, and other requests requiring more extensive provider review may require an appointment. Some concerns cannot be fully addressed through portal messaging alone.

If you are unsure whether an appointment is needed, send your request through the patient portal first. Our team will review your message and let you know the appropriate next step.

Scheduling notes: 

• Dr. Busetto is currently booking several months out. We recommend scheduling visits in advance whenever possible. 

• At this time, in-office and telehealth visits with Dr. Busetto must be scheduled by phone. 

• Massage with Lily is available on a private pay basis and cannot be billed through insurance.
